1) All Terms & Conditions are followed as per Islamic Republic of Pakistan. 2) The Customer agrees to Terms & Conditions as mentioned on https://esquirehotels.net/terms-conditions. 3) The Customer agrees that Esquire Management will not be liable for the, loss of items, or any unfortunate events that occur during the guests stay at the property. . Check-Out Policy:. 1) The guest agrees that the property and its management is not liable for any loss of items or items left behind by the guest during their stay at the property. 2) The customer agrees that all dues will be cleared before the guest checks out from the property and returns all items provided to him/her during his/her stay. . Rules & Regulations: 1) Customer agrees that while staying in Esquire Hotel or any sister properties, He/she will not do anything against the Laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. 2) The rate provided to the customer does not include Electricity, Maintenance and other services. The customer is liable to pay for these charges separately or will be deducted from the security deposit.
